Explaining my Tattoos.. Part 4

For my fourth tattoo, I have Stitch on a flower with Ohana wrote above it.

Now anyone who knows me knows I am completely obsessed with Stitch from the Disney movie Lilo and Stitch. I have so many teddies of him and little figures so why wouldn’t I get him on me for life? If you have seen the film, you will know that Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten. My Family is my entire life and couldn’t imagine my life without them; I would do anything for them without question or thinking about it. No matter where I live or how old I am they will always come first over anyone.

Explaining my Tattoos.. Part 3

Firstly – HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope this is an excellent year for you.

The third one I had done was the words “Never Look Back” on the side of my hand.

This tattoo does have a reason behind it. It was such a simple tattoo to have done at such a complicated time in my life. I was on the verge of breaking up with a boyfriend, and I knew it was something that I wanted and needed to do for myself, but that never meant it was something that was going to be easy for me to do. It was very hard ill admit it. But at some point in life, you do need to do what is best for you and not to look back and take yourself back into that place you were before. So once I had made that step and split from him, there were many times I was thinking maybe I should go back but I was always telling myself “never look back” and that’s where the idea come from for this tattoo.

Explaining my Tattoos.. Part 2

The second tattoo that I had done was a dove in clouds on the top of my back to the side.

I was always told once you have one done you’ll essentially become addicted, and you will want more, I never knew how true this could be until I had my first one done and wow it was so right. I couldn’t help myself I had that feeling already of wanting another one 6months later. It was initially, an ex-boyfriend who had shown me this design and I fell in love with it, there isn’t any specific reason behind getting this tattoo done.

Explaining my Tattoos.. Part 1

My first tattoo was a little flower on my wrist that my brother and sister in law had paid for it. I had this done on my 18th birthday. I had become obsessed with the thought of having tattoos as I grew up with four brothers 3 of whom all have tattoos and I just couldn’t wait to have my own done.

I decided that my first tattoo had to be something that wasn’t too big due to the fact it was my first one and I wanted to get the feel of it first before I got anything more significant. So I choose something small and simple that still looked nice at the same time. I do however now want to add to this tattoo as I’m not as keen as I was when I first had it done but I couldn’t ever get it covered up with it being my first and my brother had paid for it.

I have decided to add this little section to my blog as tattoos are a love of mine and I always have people asking me why I got them or what tattoos I have. In total at the minute, I have eight tattoos, meaning there will be eight posts in this section, I’ll have a new one up every month for you if you are at all curious to see what else I have.
